On the morning of March 22, 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Chico Building was grandly launched.

Chico Building is located in the north of Guiping Road, Guicheng Street, and the east of Juyuan South Road, Block B, with a total construction area of 44832.61 square meters and a total investment of 230 million yuan.
After the project is completed and put into use, the total tax payment in the next five years will not be less than 7900 RMB 10,000, and the annual tax per mu shall not be less than 1 million.
