Incentive program for mentoring new employees

Regarding the incentive program for mentoring new employees, it has been implemented for nearly a month.

This plan has achieved very good results. Through this plan, new members of Chico are familiar with the working environment and operating procedures as quickly as possible, master various business skills and theoretical knowledge, and actively integrate into the company.

A total of 20 tutors, 27 students and leaders of various departments participated in the event.

At the same time, we also rewarded 20 hard-working teachers.
