5S System Management Award Ceremony

A year ago, we invited Konica Minolta Group of Japan to train us on the 5S production management model.

The contents of 5S are: sorting (SEIRI), rectifying (SEITON), cleaning (SEISO), cleaning (SEIKETSU), and literacy (SHITSUKE).


Since we implemented the 5S system, the production quality and production efficiency have been greatly improved.


5S management can improve efficiency, make the factory work environment beautiful, harmonious working atmosphere, and employees will work more easily.

It can also make the items neatly arranged, without spending time looking for it, and the work efficiency will be further improved.


The picture below is the bonus award given by the leader to the outstanding guy who executes 5S. Encourage everyone to continue to work hard to implement and adhere to the 5S plan.
